Does anyone have a regimen of breathing exercises they do? If so, please explain in detail,
You definitely want to learn pursed lip breathing and diaphragmatic breathing techniques and practice them so they are second nature and you use them all the time. Those are the two major techniques that will help you if you use them. Physical exercise is more productive and you should be doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day and strengthening/resistance exercises for upper, lower and core muscle groups, at least 30 minutes each per week. Talk with your doc about developing an exercise program. Using the breathing techniques along with daily exercise will help your heart and lungs become much more efficient.
