What are you doing to help yourself feel better? If your ordinary COPD symptoms are worse today again, call your doc. You want to try to catch things before they get so bad you have to go to Urgent Care or the ER. Letting things go and trying to "tough it out" are an invitation to the hospital. You don't want that.

Breathe, relax and listen to your body. It will guide you.
Take care and hope you feel better.
