Not really, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, as it’s a very broad question.

Many of us use dietary supplements such as Marshmallow Root or Mullein for lung health and to fight congestion, some of us swear by local honey, teas, and others also swear by Halotherapy or salt inhalation treatments.

Because there are so many varieties of COPD and triggers, you’re going to have to play the “try it and see” option to figure what might help you best.

Some people do swear by herbal remedies and many people use them. Generally there's no scientific evidence that any of them really work or have favorable effects on our COPD. If you want to try any of them, give it a try. The only thing you should do is run anything that you're going to try past your pharmacist so you'll know if something you are interested in isn't going to interfere with your other medications.
