Pain In Right Middle Back Ribs

Hi everyone hope all is well I have question I have had severe pain coming from the right rib cage in the back area since I had severe caugh attack over 9 days ago went to er they checked abdomen for some reason but they did test said all organs were OK couldn't explain the pain and did nothing about it but pain is still there and no signs of getting better can barely move has anyone ever experienced this from severe coughing

Yes, I have. I pulled the cartilage on a front rib as well. Back hurts if I am breathing heavy and if I'm tired. I lay down on my heating pad or hot bath and that helps a lot.

I’ve never had much chest pain other yhan shortly agter i was diagnosed, so i don’t have much to contribute. I have recently developed osteo arthritis in mt tail bone. The doc says exercise will help. I hope so. Im trying the exercises she recommended and am not sure if they help.
