I feel worse since I quit than I did when I was vaping and smoking.

It's not uncommon. Nicotine increases your heart rate and blood pressure and you got used to feeling those things. Change is often noticeable as you've found and it isn't always pleasant until your body gets used to the new experience. Hang in there; this too will pass.

I thought I would have more energy and not need my albuterol as much as I do. I use it every 4 hours and I don't think that is good.
