Shaving
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I know this sounds so frivolous but for all my girl pals you know that it is really hard to take care of ourselves and look somewhat normal every day, I struggle to be my best and am wondering what you use for shaving legs, etc. My skin is so damaged and thin from the prednisone that I am afraid to shave as I used to. I know that when I feel I am doing what I can to feel better and look better it helps. Hugs to all!

I haven't shaved in yrs. But don't seem to have to. I have trouble finding clothing to fit. I'm down to 79 pounds now. Never been very big. I'm 5ft and normal weight was 110.I just try the best I can. It's best to eat small meals then it won't hurt . Our diagram is just under our lungs so if we over eat it can cause hurting. Hope this helps. πŸ’˜πŸ’˜

I stopped shaving. I don’t wear dresses or shorts, and I just don’t have the air to bend and shave.
