Does Anyone Have To Occasionally Stay In Bed All Day

A MyCOPDTeam Member said:

If it helps, please try not to stay in bed all day, unless you absolutely have to. Try to move around, your heart and lungs need it no matter how sob we are. Depression comes with this disease so talk to your doctor as soon as you can and you made need some help with it. I know I did. I have severe depression and anxiety, but under my doctors care I take meds to help me. Iā€™m not ashamed either. Do you best! Stay strong, you need your muscles to move around.
