If it helps, please try not to stay in bed all day, unless you absolutely have to. Try to move around, your heart and lungs need it no matter how sob we are. Depression comes with this disease so talk to your doctor as soon as you can and you made need some help with it. I know I did. I have severe depression and anxiety, but under my doctors care I take meds to help me. I’m not ashamed either. Do you best! Stay strong, you need your muscles to move around.

I do. Hard to get motivated.i seem to get a bit of energy in the late afternoon, but for probably 3 months, between a surgery, depression and 105 texas temp, i do prop up with 3 pillows and crochet or watch news and movies. I know its horrible for me… i keep saying “tomorrow”. I did order a recumbent bike last night with moving arms because i have to do something. This is not 24/7, but at least 3-4 days a week. Not proud, but honest!🙏❤️

Yes I do sometimes, fatigue is a big factor with Copd.
