When I find myself short of breath, I breathe in and out through pursed lips only several times which enables me to breathe easier.😊

Just another footnote to what I've already said. I for one, ask how people are doing because I CARE how people are doing. If they aren't doing so well I will try to help, and if they are doing well I give them encouragement. That is the reason I almost always ask how people are doing, and I don't think that's a bad thing, but I can see your point too. This is a site to learn what helps everyone and I can't give that advice because I'm not there....yet. Have a super great day!😀
You are right they do ask that alot so here gose i have had it for about 4 years but i so not have the struggles like most on hear i 66 year young i retired at 65 and was not doubg well i went back to doing the things i did before camping hiking and working two to three days a week and i do feel alot more like my old shelf again i still take all my puffers but i also sray very active
