I hear you loud and clear. I found another support page that’s awesome. Very easy to navigate and so far full of friendly helpful people willing to share their journey. It’s a private FB page so user friendly…no searching around for people!

I’m confused. I don’t have specific questions regularly, but do have comments regarding COPD issues. I just don’t see the general format anymore which leads me to believe this forum is now only for seeking answers to problems rather than supporting each other day to day. I don’t like to focus only on problems….it’s depressing!

Yes.....whoever did this web page redesign did not do a good job. They should have left it alone or made improvements that made it more clear - not more confusing. You should design for your audience and I think the audience was not considered in this redesign. Most people with copd are not youngsters with computer skills and change does not come easily. They should have made the site EASIER to navigate not more difficult. I especially hate the Q&A page and the way it hides all the answers to a questions ......very irritating. Of well, if they keep trying they will just run us off. Not sure if that was the point or not!

@A MyCOPDTeam Member…I hear you. Usually changes don’t annoy me. But the new format just opens the door to questions. I have one from time to time, but I also like to put in my 2 cents of comments on a topic. Even going into Team activity the window that opens is to ask a question. And editing has become very difficult. I hate it, but I may go on the hunt for another group site that’s more user friendly. Wish they would have left things the way they were. It wasn’t broke until now.

Change is hard, and at my age, it's really annoying when I've learned one format and they change it! However, I count it as a preventive for Alzheimer's if I can figure it out......that's the positive, I guess.
