There are two triple therapy inhalers on the market now. Trelegy is one puff every 24 hours and Breztri is two puffs every 24 hours. These two contain all three major medications usually prescribed for COPD. Whether either will work for you depends on you and how you react to the specific chemicals they use for each of the three meds. Some people find it makes a big difference; others not so much. Some people find that one works well but the other doesn't.

I am on Trelegy, have been for 2 months. The first 2 weeks I really noticed a difference but now, not so much, I find I have to clear my throat a lot, never did that before. Don't really feel much better than the Anoro I was on. which was only 2 in 1.

I’ve been using Trelegy once a day since June 2022. I’ve seen a significant change for the best. I would totally recommend it.

I’m on Trelegy for a couple of years now since it first came out. I really really like it. It works great for me. The downside is the cost… around $150. CDN. My doctors have been great giving me samples (14 days). I’m voting for whoever promises free meds .. pharmacare.. In Canada, it’s the left of left New Democratic Party …. Jagmeet Singh for prime minister? Why not? A lot of people won’t vote for anyone who wears a turban but I’m not racism and I love his social programs! FREE DRUGS FOR CANADIANS to go along with free universal healthcare for all!!!

I was on Breztri and it was working and all of a sudden it stopped working. The pulmonologist put me on Trelegy and have been on it a couple of months and it works much better for me. I think everybody is different and it sometimes (as with me) takes different inhalers to find out which one is best.

Does Anyone Use Trelegy? The Doctor In The Hospital Has Prescribed It. I've Been On Advair/Spiriva But It Hasn't Worked Very Well Lately.
