I just spent two months in the hospital after getting RSV which led to a pneumothorax. While hospitalized, i got pneumonia and a second pneomothorax! The docs all said RSV is like a magnet for COPD patients and is extremely serious.
With all the illness circulating, what are you doing to avoid upper respiratory infections? Im not sure id survive another.
Masks, as much as we hate them, actually do work, as does avoiding big gatherings. Staying home and avoiding large groups of other people works. You don't have to be a hermit, but being careful is important.
