It's all over the internet that gut flora has alot to due with mental health so now I'm rushing to get my bacteria in my gut back to not have this issue please answer if this has happened to you

If that excuse of a Doctor felt like you needed probiotics then the IDIOT should have said so.I have Crohn's Disease and COPD. Gut health is important and antibiotics may have an adverse effect on your digestive system. Do you have a Gastroenterologist or a Dietician. There are some sources of probiotics. Search online, ask your Pharmacist, look in the Dairy section or the juice section in your grocery store. I'm not a medical minded person but the apparent lack of concern is very disturbing and I hope you find someone who is willing to help you out with your issue before something else goes wrong.
A few people can have reactions to antibiotics. I hope you have a good doctor to discuss this with.
antibiotics give me panic attacks and I dread taking them . So your not the only one that has this type of side effect with antibiotics. So I would disagree with your doctor and do your research that they can cause people anxiety .
At first, I felt like the grave with Zithromax. My doctor recommended a kind of otc probiotic with few drug interactions and are good bacteria already present and next time was a better experience. Zithromax and maybe Cephalexin have fewer drug interactions with some of the more common copd inhalers.
I have been prescribed this, one three times a week. Has prevented infections
I'm On Zithromycin Every Day All Of Sudden I'm Getting Anxiety And Panick Attacks Really Mental .
I Have Been Put On Azithromycin After Coming Out Of Hospital Are These Drugs Affective
Has Anyone Tried Doxycycline Daily? If So How Is It Working For You?
