Hi Helen
Do drink water afterwards as it dhidrates you , as for constipation dtink water too help you if that doesn’t work you can buy something over the counter in Chemists

I had a video appointment with the pulmonologist assigned to me, and her only treatments for me with stage 4 COPD are Wixela inhaler twice a day, Combivent inhaler 4 times a day if needed, and duoneb 1 vial by nebulizer every 6 hours. The stage 4 is diagnosed by a walk test and breathing test and that is all. That's it, nothing else unless I am hospice when she would prescribe prednisone and or morphine. Previously, I have also hired an end of life Doula to help me ease out of this world when the time finally comes and I can comply with California’s Death With Dignity laws.
