Can the cops patient breath better, do u still have to use oxygen. How long do the surgery last.
I find myself having to clear my throat alot, especially when talking. Is this because of copd? It actually feels like mucus in my throat. I do not cough or feel like there is mucus in my lungs.

When you take your COPD meds do you begin to breathe easier, better and move around more? After I take my Spiriva and Breo I do not notice any difference .. sure not like the TV commercials for some .. makes me feel like I am missing something . Sorry, just needed to vent a little
I have been in pulmonary rehab twice a week for about 5 months. I was hesitant at first but now after almost completing the program I found it to be extremely beneficial. I am going through testing before a total upper lung reduction surgery. I would like any information you have. Was it helpful? With this surgery is it possible to stop the use of oxygen? How long does it take to recover? Is it successful? Any information would help me out so much. I am concerned and nervous.
