What are the symptoms of a COPD flare up?? I've been really coughing and the gunk sticks in my throat thus I have the feeling that I am choking and then I throw up afterwards.
Shirley, you don't need a breathing test to be treated for an exacerbation. As a matter of fact, a breathing test then would show you at your worst, and could be significantly different once you've… read more

Yep love my cardiologist and pulmonologist both equally. Had heart attack at pulmonary rehab class
Does anyone else suffer from daily backaches? I can’t do anything without having to sit down and rest! This morning I woke up with my hips and legs hurting. I took a couple of Tylenol but so far they haven’t helped. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Please check in with your doctor

They seem to have a wide range in price from the simple to the iWatch by Apple. So, has anyone used one and do you recommend any specific brand? I don't want to waste my money but it seems like they could be a good tool for monitoring our condition. Just looking for recommendations if you have used one… read more
