I'm wondering if anyone else has had swallowing or eating issues? I've been taking Ensure. If you have this condition let me know if you have any tricks or anything else to slow this process

Talk to dietien,exercise,get ur rest , don't eat fat foods try to reduce dairy an sugar it builds fats in ur body get the advise from ur dietien follow a routine be strong

COPD, last checked in 2008, to scared to have it checked as the the results are not going to be good.
