The FDA has approved a generic of dailiresp called roflumilast. Has anyone used it and does it work as well? I hate to change but my insurance company wants me to use the generic as I suppose it is much cheaper.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Inflammation is a natural immune response to infection, therefore all types of antiinflammatory medications do not reduce the risk of infections, as you suggest, but heighten it.

I Have Seen Several On Here Who Take Daliresp. Dr. Had Given Me Samples, 250 Mg. Then I Asked For A Prescription For Them.
