When I walk any short distance eg from bedroom to kitchen or parked car to entrance of a store etc my O2 goes down. Resting in 90s but on walking in 80s. But as I walk more after that once I get my breath I do get better. I mean isn’t this part of having COPD. I’m on two puffers Breo Ellipta and Spiriva. Have a rescue if needed. COPD Flare Ups. How To Cope With Them And After Effects.

I had a Flare Up in September last year had Antibiotics and Steroids which helped. It’s now January and I’m still coughing and producing gunge from my chest.
The Flare Up was my first really bad attack having had COPD for over 12 plus years, so I guess I’ve been lucky.
