The company providing the vest is going to come out next week and explain everything to me and it is all covered by my insurance. Will have to use it a couple times a day. Anybody have any information, will be appreciated.

Check with your doc about pulmonary rehab. Exercise, breathing techniques, dietary and socializing with others with same/similar conditions

I am on Bevespi and Asmanex for the past three months. I have been having very frequent, painful cramps in my foot, toes, lower leg and hand/fingers. It seems it started after a change in medications, Has anyone else had the same problem? I tend to think it may be from Asmmanex, which is a corticosteroid. Any feed back will be appreciated.
I take magnesium at night also fixed the problem
I ware a Fitbit watch .i walked 2018 miles last year I walk an average of 5.8 miles a day every day .but 6 years ago I could only walk 2 blocks a day after heart attack .then have COPD so you can do it . LETS GO

Hi my dr recently changed my meds I was on adviair since it first came out but now she has me on Breao and asked me to stop taking my advair , Stilto respimat and singular. I am miserable and don't feel I'm getting better. When I was in the hospital a couple months ago they were combining stiloto with breo but dr says no so I'm confused I just want to feel better but I don't want to combine anything that's going to be bad for me
My left lung hurts . I am also having a problem with reflux . How do I stop the ache and is it a cause for concern. It has been 2 days now and , at times. it clears for a bit but comes back . It hurt on my upper back near my ribs
Yes, I get lung pain and the last few days my acid reflux has acted up again. When it happens I'm very aware and I say a prayer and keep going, I guess trying to ignore it till Jesus fixes it!
