I have developed fibrosis as a result of so many infections and flair ups. I no this is diffrent then COPD, it goes along with other lung diseases. Has anybody else developed this.? Where do i go to meet people with this?

I've read up and in my state my insurance will pay for only 1 device portable or in home and I have to sign a 5 year contract with them that's all fine and dandy but I want portable I don't need one in home just while out and about at times..... What's best the one that you have to buy the oxygen tanks for or the one that purifies the air and delivers to u ???

I have been feeling a lot of tightness in my shoulders and the back of my neck lately. I am assuming because I breathe so hard???? Just wondering if anyone else felt this. Also my lips have been chapping really bad for the past month. Any ideas?

I have just finished steroids and antibiotics for an exaserbation but its still there. Can I start a second course of steroids even though its only 12 days since I finished the previous course ?
I would be careful with too many steroids unless your pulmonologist recommends it.

Does anyone else get TOTALLY exhausted just taking a shower? It seem to really wear me out. I don't know what I can do to make this subside.
I turn my oxygen up to four liters wear it in shower along with my chair. I have everything on the tub in reach. The towel is close so I can reach it while seated. This works pretty well for me.

Denny decided to try them in a very low dose, 20 mg. He's dealing with severe vision loss and a great deal of pain - my brave hero! Max he's used is one in am and one at bedtime. The brand is Hemp-Bridge. I saw ads on tv for Harrelson's Own, again a low dose, 25 mg. I ordered a bottle and the directions recommend 1 - 2/day. They have a coating on them, sort of fuzzy. I am only on inhalers . If I get hit or anything on my arms it"s instant blood bruise !! Why .. What can help.. What causes this ?? (update.) .. Have went to a skin doctor she said that cotizones or any type of skin creams with this helps make thin skin . . prednisone really is bad for the skin .. .When outside long sleeves.. taking vitamin c to help built up collagen in the skin . Go back well now the end of this month Aug
The prednisone makes the little thin arteries become more thinner. when u hit your arms they burst. Leaving a blood bruise . My dermatologists said there no cure for it.
