I dnt have one on my nebulizer --do you find it helps clean your lungs? Mine is the mask-- I don't feel as if it cleans my lungs

With the insane cost of inhalers in the US, has anybody here purchased them from another country? I have seen where the Spiriva inhaler only costs $125.00 from Canada, but almost $400 here! I need help as I currently don't have ins & the out of pocket is killing me!

Beta blockers make the heart pump less and can trigger asthma issues. Change your blood pressure meds to ones that aren't beta blockers.
