Newly introduced treatment contains 60 percent helium with 40 percent oxygen to increase energy by over 200 percent. Because helium is less dense than oxygen, patients with COPD can deplete their lungs more completely than with higher levels of oxygen. However, the downside to this treatment is that it is considerably more expensive due to the amount of helium present. It is currently being used in Canada and widespread use is expected soon.

Has anyone use the Oxygen Bar for emergency use? It seems like it wouldn't harm you if you used it once in awhile. It doesn't replace the Oxygen tanks its just used for emergency. Anyone try it or hear about it? Thanks.
