Has anyone used the Sit and Be Fit for COPD exercise video by Mary Ann Wilson, RN? A respiratory therapist recommended it and just wondered if anyone has used it or others they can recommend? Thank you!

Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions For Anxiety?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was on a low dosage of Xanax when I lived in Ohio and it really helped a lot and I only took it when things got really bad. Since I have moved to Georgia and have a new doctor he will not prescribe it and says that it is bad for me? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dan

How To Do Purse-lip Breathing The Correct Way?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Am I doing this purse lip breathing the right way? I keep my mouth closed and breathe in through my nose and hold my breath as long as I can then push it out through my lips. It just doesn't seem to help that much.

Stress and depression are my worst enemies. I sleep a lot as an escape and food just isn’t interesting. Talk to your pulmonologist about it. He gave me lorazepam. I take 1/2 of a 5mg pill. It helps.

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
