Cough syncope... I have that when I cough too hard... always need fast sit down plan when standing up while deep coughing.
I have had a build up of mucus it's been building up for a long time. I need to get rid of it! Pretty sure it's covering my lungs.
I've been taking mucinex for 2 weeks I can feel it at the top of my neck if that makes sense. I cough but nothing cones up. It's driving me crazy! I have wondered if I used a turkey baster if that would work. Just kidding. Anyway if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. š
Sometimes I have a piece of chocolate bar or a drink of milk to loosen the pflem .I almost always feel relief after i drink a few drinks of water .
I cough at night and get to the point where sometimes I pass out. I also have passed out from coughing while I am up and have injured myself several times. But, my main question is, can you choke to death from coughing, because you can't get mucous up? I take cough syrup and pills prescribed to help with coughing, but sometimes it doesn't help. Any suggestions appreciated.
āFisherman Friendā cough lozenges are really good and get them just about anywhere and cheap no prescription

But was wondering if anyone had heard of it. It is supposedly a natural product. But they are $100 New Zealand dollars.
