Like soaking wet, have to change clothes and bed sheets? You would think I had been standing out in a rain storm lol. But no fever, I got up and checked, and no SOB during sleep that I'm aware of.. temps inside house are around 70°, and everyone says they are either comfortable or alittle cold. Just wondering if this is another new copd symptom I have to look forward to, or if it's something else.
Yes, I keep a clean towel nearby so that if necessary I can put that on the bed until the morning before changing bedding. Change night clothes though immediately, as soaked.
Does anyone else suffer from extreme fatigue on some days? It has been extremely cloudy and overcast here's

The brand is Hemp-Bridge. I saw ads on tv for Harrelson's Own, again a low dose, 25 mg. I ordered a bottle and the directions recommend 1 - 2/day. They have a coating on them, sort of fuzzy. How do they help me?? Appetite - finally something that "allows" me to eat without my stupid "cry" thing kicking in which… read more

I have been yawning alot especially at night (difficulty in sleeping, as I find it more difficult to breath).. The yawning seems to help. Does anyone else have this problem.
I read somewhere that yawning is your lungs way of expelling carbon from your body.
Excellent decision, @A MyCOPDTeam Member. I hope that alarm gives you the peace of mind you’re seeking.
Happy Monday, 04-SEP-23
There is a business where I live and they have a room that pushes salted air into the room. I've only used it once but my lungs felt the difference. It got a lot of junk out of my lungs

Was put on oxygen 24/7 back in February when diagnosed with COPD. Has anyone been on oxygen & "improved" enough to go off oxygen?
