The general rule is, if you can wash your paintbrush in soapy water you'll be fine. If you need to turps or spirit cleaner, avoid.

I use local honey as well as ginger tea with cinnamon.Seems to help loosen the mucus.

Almost every time I lay down to sleep, I wake Myself up grunting and it makes Me giggle-grunt. MY eyes are closed, My mind is adrift and I'll grunt. My eyes are still closed, My mind is startled and I giggle and then grunt again
