Oxygen Levels And Oximetry Says 77

I’m on oxygen 15 hrs daily plus 2 hours on the oxygen cylinder.
I do take readings with my oximeter when I’m on the oxygen it shows between 74 to 88. Yes I have changed batteries I have bought new oximeter but it still shows these same readings.
I’m on 1 ltr oxygen
Has anyone any idea why this is the case

Has Anyone Had The Zephyr Valve Or Lung Reduction Surgery?
