I am having trouble sleeping. I go to bed tired and then toss and turn. I do a nebulizer treatment a few hours before bed and wondered if that is what causes the restlessness. Anyone?
I am 92 yrs. I use Dulera with air chamber & Albuterol rescue inhaler .
COPD is an umbrella term that covers chronic bronchitis, emphysema and sometimes asthma.
I'm having hip pain that has not been cured/relieved by epidural steroid injections. My Ortho gave me Rx to use 300mg Gabapentin 3 times per day.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member be careful taking that much gabapentin it can make you really sleepy.
Me, too.
i use AYR nasal gel for dryness. Water with the oxygen makes runny nose worse for me.
Anyone else having this problem?
Glad you've found something that helps. It's always amazing when you have to take a second medication to deal with the side-effects of the first med.
Current research indicates that consumption of dairy products doesn't necessarily increase mucus, but it does make it thicker. Increasing the water consumption should help.

Until I can get a CPAP machine I want to try sleeping with the Oxygenator tubes. Or is this a bad idea anyway?
I sleep on my back. About the only way my body will let me sleep.
