If it were Mr, I'd take a few puffs of my albutoral inhaler. Drink lots to help thin the mucus. It's good to cough up that mucus. This is just what I think. Feel better.

I would drink pineapple juice for the cough, and mullein tea fro the mucus. But if it is really severe you should contact the Dr for some medication.
