If you're having regular exacerbations requiring additional meds, visits to the doc, other treatments, or hospitalization, talk with your doc about taking roflumilast or azithromycin to reduce exacerbations.

Thank you so much for responding, I too am on Prednisolone and doxycycline which seem to be doing an effected job in suppressing my ever increasing exacerbations. But I can't help feeling that they will come back with abandon when my script runs out. I clearly need something stronger. Anyway we'll see. I am prescribed Doxycycline 100mg for my flare ups which seem to work very well 😊

Do you use any mullien or black seed oil? I SWEAR by both

Hi Louis, I take prednisolone and doxycycline for my flare ups. The exacerbations are now increasing so I am being considered for Azithromycin.
