Did anyone else get tired when going cold turkey I'm exhAusted I'm always tired but today I'm ready to take a nap after work

Yes but I used smoking as a stimulant.....and you probably do to. I quit cold turkey..."3years ago after smoking for 40 years. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. You will get tired but that is part of the COPD.

Haven't smoked for almost 6 months but have been on vacation this week and it is really getting to me to not smoke, but I know 1 cig. Is not all it would be, it would turn into more, then I'd be in hospital and my 6 months would have to start over again and would be worse, so I just am keeping on telling myself DONT DO IT, BE STRONG. Guess it's just the 1 day at a time again, so prayers would help. Good luck to you!!
