Vitamin D Or D3
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I read somewhere about vitamin D or D3 that helps with COPD flare-up, but I can not recall which one it is, also how does a salt lamp help. I have so many flare- up a day like at lease 10 or so. I am really starting to get very scare.

I have two salt lamps and I have read good things about them but I also think it would take more then two to make a difference.. I use them for night lights and they are very pretty

I take D3 1000 iu which also really helps my spinal stenosis, but there are so many pros and cons on salt lamps, that I have not bothered and my Pulmonologist was not encouraging and he is a good one.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member must be your oxygen isn`t calibrated to suit your needs. Never heard of multiple flareups in one day. Do you have extra mucus? if so you might need an antibiotic. Might call your MD on this.
