Exhale with purged lips (together) easy don't push it hard but do exhale enough.

I think you're trying to describe Pursed Lip Breathing, which is inhale for a count of 1,2 and exhale for a count of 1,2,3,4 through pursed lips like you were playing a flute or blowing hot soup. Don't exhale so hard that you blow the soup out of the spoon. It helps blow off the CO2 that takes up room that O2 could use.

my drs nurse practitioner told me to use a spirometer for exercise I do it during commercials seem to help
