It could be stress icontinence, but it could also be low O2 saturation. When you get sob, if your O2 sats are low, the brain directs what O2 there is to the most vital places and the bladder isn't one of them. So you lose control of your bladder. Have your doc check it out.

lisafleener ur problem is being short enough of oxygen to trigger a shutting down of bodily functions. stop moving when u get the urge and inhale as much as possible hold a sec or two and blow out by really pushing the air out. That should curb it and after u regain ur breath move slowly towards the bathroom. Hope u r able to make this work for u.

I had that problem also, Exercise your muscle control and if it helps to know sometimes its our age especially with women. Hope this helps
