My Mom always took pills with a big spoonful of applesauce. Worked every time. Even worked for my granddaughter.

I use icy cold water from a drink bottle .

I either break then pill in half or get a glass of water and a slaw stick the swal all the way in your mouth. aa far can without hurting your setf and drink the water fast . this should help

my sister puts them in a spoonful of applesauce, usually 1 at a time, depending on the size !

I find that on those days, using warm water helps them go down easier than cold water.
