how about, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all ? I think that suits better as we are writing , we wouldn't want to say nasty to someone who is trying to help the best way they can. breathe easy and stay safe so I can nag you about doing your exercises !lol

Well I don't know much about the golden rule on here but all I try to do is share my experiences that I have with COPD and what I go through living with COPD. I hope what I share on this site helps someone else live a better life with COPD I can only say what I have to do and how much it helps me. I never say do it because it may not be for you I only say what helps me. That being said if you need some advice's then I will be more than glad to tell you what I do. So if you would like to know what helps me live a better life with COPD just ask I'll be more than glad to help in any way that I can. In the meanwhile may God bless you and help you throughout your journey. I will be praying for you.

Hi @A MyCOPDTeam Member I am Bobbie Pyke, when I first came on I wrote my story, read others stories and exchanged information on meds, exercises and other helpful things. The people on here are very nice and also very helpful. I have had COPD for nearly 18 years now I am 75 yrs old. Sending a big hug, breathe easy x
