You already have COPD because of things you breathed into your lungs that didn't belong there. Why on earth would you want to try to breathe more foreign stuff into them? The jury's not back yet, but I wouldn't do it on a bet! I can't see any way that stuff isn't going to do more harm.

It's just a matter of will power, you can stop, I used every excuse in the book, even wrote new one, trying to quit, but, in the end, you have to say I quit,,,,, walk away from them,,, or die,,,,this copd is a ver slow miserable death, by small increments. You curse every cig you smoked every minute of the day..
Mine has been slow in getting me to this point. Almost 17 years which isn't to bad, but,, yesterday, I had a terrible day, lost my oxygen, in trying to wash my face, and had to lean over the sink, to catch a breath, from my bath room to my kitchen table is only 6 foot, by the time I got to my kitchen table, I was fighting for air, took my water pill,,cause my feet and legs started taking on water, started swilling to the point of giving me pain, before the water pill kicked in,
Any time I got up,,to do something, I had to fight for air..... I've gone from being able to say I quit, to saying boy I was dumb and stupid for sucking on those nasty things,,,, I can get a whiff of a cig, it could be 100 foot away, and it hurts my lungs... Any kind of Oder will give you problems, just the heat off your own body,
Coming thru my T shirt shuts down my breathing....
I'm telling you this, so you can think about the out come of sucking those nasty things!!! They kill you, every time you lite one up!! It Robb's you of life!,,, You just have to ask your self, if you can breath ,,, try breathing thru a tripple folded towel, of putting a straw in your mouth, and breathing thru it, close off your nose......NO FUN, IT TAKES AWAY YOUR FREEDOM, CANT EVEN GET OUT OF THE HOUSE, CANT EVEN LOVE ON YOUR GRAND BABIES, OR FAMILY, DUE TOMTHEIR ENVIRONMENT WITH DIFFERENT SMELLS ON THEM,!! Humidity takes away your breathing, heat robs you , walking uses up your air... Then you panic, making things worse........I'm telling you the truth,,,, not giving any false statements!!
HOPINGBIT MIGHT WAKE THOSE OF YOU THAT SAY YOU CANT,,,,,, CAN..... IF YOU GET THE URGE TO LITE UP, DO A LITTLE DANCE, TRUNNAROUND IN CIRCLES, GO CHASE YOUR DOG, OR YOU NEIGHBOR, PICK YOUR NOSE, DO SOMETHING TO TAKE AWAY THAT URGE TO LITE UP,!!!! You can domit

I had been smoking for 50 years and didn't want to give up. I was talking to my dog groomer who said she and her husband have been vaping for 4 years. Of course I asked her questions so decided to give it a go. I started vaping 1 month ago and haven't had a smoke since. Within 2 weeks I lost my cough and my wheeze and am not short of breath anymore. Sure, I have the nicotine juice. My doctor told me that nicotine doesn't hurt you, it is all the other stuff in cigarettes that cause the problem. To be honest, I can't believe how well I feel since started the vaping considering I loved my smokes so much.
