Oh YES Maam. Those things are torture. I have to be very careful how I move or one jumps in somewhere and they don't much care where. I have had to go on muscle relaxers. Just what I needed, something else to keep my tired.

I wish they would work more on this disease. these spasms are awful nothing seems to work. and most dr seem to not know copd patients get them

I began to notice difference in a few days - bananas didn't help - I love them and would sit and eat a couple a day if you would let me. My husband got these pills and I take it with breakfast - no side effect - I still get some cramps in toes (little ones) but its nothing like I was getting.

I've been take potassium pills and outside of a few toe cramps there haven't been anything to awfully bad.
