I believe your lungs have had enough abuse once you reach COPD. I don't put anything into my lungs - only what is prescribed!

This is my personal opinion, so take it for what it's worth. Chemicals don't belong in the lungs, and e cigs are full of chemicals. I've already done a good deal of damage to my lungs using ordinary old cigarettes. There's no way I would do something that has the potential of adding to the damage already done. I have enough trouble breathing now......I sure don't want to make it worse!

Electronic Cigarettes were first popularized as a safer way of nicotine intake. While Electronic Cigarette consumption is safer than having actual cigarettes filled with tobacco, they are not really a total safe option.

Electronic Cigarette dangers.

Diethylene Glycol

Electronic Cigarettes are found to contain an anti-freeze component known as Diethylene Glycol. It is toxic to humans and can cause health worries on inhalation. This is one of the major Electronic Cigarette side effects.

SO what do you think I stopped smoking a few years ago with the help of a stop smoking group cold turkey many who turned to the e cig failed do to the hand to mouth reflex hope this info helped GOOD LUCK

I used a E- cig for over the year, I found that I was getting chest infections a lot more regular than normal, so I went to my stop smoking centre an got a hand inhaler which does not get the fumes going down to your lungs an my chest infections have reduced. After doing my research I found out that e-cigs can cause pop corn lungs.
