i find if i get stressed or i exert myself a bit to much i have these attacks were i cant catch my breath and i have to use my Ventolin inhaler to stop it but i am breathing such short breaths that i have to keep trying to use it as i cant keep it in i am breathing so fast does any one else have these and is there anything i can do to help them

I've noticed that some days are better than others. Is it weather-related? Is sinus congestion (like from seasonal allergy) a factor? Some days go better when I take a Benadryl to start off the day and again at night.
