I'm wondering if anyone else has had swallowing or eating issues? I've been taking Ensure. If you have this condition let me know if you have any tricks or anything else to slow this process

Hi i seen on here a few get acid reflux with copd is it normal as i hate having it i take acid tablets have gud an bad days with it i also have a herital hernia any advice be great thanks xx

Help me I walk very slow. Any walking is better than no walking and the more I walk faster I can get is not a real fast pace, but it’s better than crawling peace be with you at this time of year.
Heat and humidity are not very good on COPD I’ve found also
