So did I . I really was just a social smoker, out having a,drink, ogre in the mornings with a cup of coffee. But when I was diagnosed with this
awful disease,I decided there was not a cigarette big enough to kill me.
Also had to give up my job as a Casino Dealer.
Second hand smoke is as bad or worse than smoking yourself.
Since my stem cell transplant, 2 years ago I am back to 100% lung capacity. Doctors are stunned
I was end stage,copd/ Emphysema.
I feel like I am getting back to my old self
Taking so much better care of myself.
Totally hollistic.Tumeric
Giving up all pharmaceutical meds. They will take your eye site, musales will become weak.
Steroids will tear up your system.
I use Tumeric, stem cell regeneration powders.Daily. Omega 3 ,with Vitamin d3.
B12 ,for stamina. Doing wonderful .MY body was cleaned f t I'm the inside out.
My doctor said he has not heard my lungs sound like this ever in 30 years. Xrays of chest shows copd, but having 100% lung capacity means, most likely they are seeing only scar tissue. So I thank the Lord and having faith ,that I would never give up. I had to find all my own answers .Doctors have no clue about this procedure. Will not tell you about it,unless you see a doctor familiar with regeneration medicine.I am alive because I did not give up.

After smoking for 50 years, I was hooked bad. I tried, patch, pills, hypnotism. What finally worked, at my Drs insistence, was patch, with a simple e-cig. No heavy vape crap. I have been cigarette free for 16 months. Someone said it on an earlier post. The nicotine is addictive, but it is not what will kill you. It's all the other gases in the cigs that will. If you want to try I found this site for reviews. Good luck!! https://www.electroniccigarettesreviews.net/rev...

I have no patience with people who think that, because it worked for them, it is the method everyone else should use. Like many on here my wife just stopped buying fags. It worked for her. Addictions are not easy to break and every person is different. If vaping works for you then use it! If you fail then keep trying, find the method that works for you, that may well not be the first thing you try but persevere and ignore the smug, self-satisfied prigs who want to tell you what you must do.

So, someone saw "popcorn lung" on google; it fitted their preconception so they believed it and now want to tell the rest of us, What nonsense! There is no Doctor Google. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist for advice then make up your own mind.

There is nothing chemical in Vaping....it is mostly vegtable oil and of course the flavor and only the nicotine that you put in it. mine is very little only 3mg. I talked to a pro on this just the other day...and if people only knew what they ate that has nicotine in it naturally, they would be shocked...

Anyhow, each to his own....and I don't judge what others choose to do or not to do. Yes it is a lot of mind over matter, and some of us just can't do it. so be it...at least we have tried...

Take care all land Breathe easy..Hugs
