Lethargy and drowsiness can be symptoms of not enough O2, or too much CO2. So, what is her liter flow prescribed and what is the machine producing? If she was prescribed 4 LPM, for instance, and the machine is only producing only 1 or 1.5 LPM that could make a difference. Conversely, has she had an arterial blood gas test to see what her CO2 levels are? Her symptoms could be from too much CO2 in her system. In that case, increasing the O2 won't do anything for her at all. Either way, I would be on the phone to the doc reporting what you're seeing. What you're seeing isn't normal.

Just got some Hemp oil. The one without the highs. Will let you know how it goes after a few days as too early to make any assessment
