Allergies
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone take Sudafed for spring allergies. I took one the other day and it really helped, I asked my doctor and he said to go see a allergist, I am not a doctor person. So I'm just wondering if anyone knows about this.

Sudafed is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passage. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose). Sudafed is used to treat nasal or sinus congestion. Hope this helps.

I went to my ear, nose & throat Doc a few years ago. He suggested either Zyrtec or Sudafed. I used both. I don't have a preference. They both helped al lot.
