Anytime you cough up blood no matter how little definitely go see your Dr., even if you just taste blood have them check it out.

That happened to me,I went through a week of different tests and thankfully I was able to leave the cigarette alone ever since ,2.5yrs An will not smoke again .I puffed for 56yrs! I miss it sometimes but I have to be Honest about it I just Can't Breath , if I only had the courage to quit! . But I Lucked out when I came outta the hospital, I left my PAC. Right here in front of me, An never totch down it since, plus I went Cold Turkey ! Of course I say Best Way . I will say I now struggle with breathing, but I appreciate the freedom of not smoking! The comments are soo helpful, deep breathing , 🎤 singing yoga walking ,or treadmill, is all good stuff!!! Have a superb DAY !! Every one ☝️ just appreciate, an everything will appreciate!!!!
