Drink probiotic drinks! They come in tiny bottles at the supermarket. There are many benefits to doing this - but it will certainly get rid of the gas.Alternatively, you can take probiotics in a capsule form - get them at the supermarket or chemist.
For really bad cases, take a small tsp of bicarbonate of soda ( bicarb) well dissolved in water - stir until the bubbles are gone. This is also helpful if you have Castro.Repeat up to 3/times.The body produces it's own bicarb - after food leaves the stomach. the panreas produces bicarb. which is then sprayed on the food to neutralize the stomach acid.
