I too have heart failure as well as COPD. I am trying to find out which is the main cause of my breathlessness. Just waiting results of an echo scan of my heart. Stress effects me as well as other things. Loads of family stress for the last 6 months! I live alone so nobody to share, but listening to friends sure if this is actually quite good!
I try to drink plenty of flids by sipping during the day or I get night cramps in my feet. I sometimes take a quinine tablet. Breathe easy friends. Hope your day goes well. x

60 ounces and it's not just water it's any fluid. That includes yogurt, ice cream, anything that turns to liquid in your mouth

Try putting 2 bars of soap under your fitted sheet for cramps!!! I don't know why but its a miracle !!! Put them down towards your feet! What a relief 😅!!

I also have chf, I try to drink what I can, but I don't like plain water. My Dr wants me to double my Lasix every 3 days because of fluid retention, but I'm afraid of what it will do to my kidneys
