Hi! I do not have any of the videos by Mary Ann Wilson we at our support group have a variety of cds depicting a variety of exercises sitting and other wise all designed for people with lung issues. We encourage our classmates to exercise !

I go to UTUBE site put on COPD exercise I use it all the time now the yoga site is very good it aall helps to keep us moving which is very very good for our health
