Emphysema changes isn't a diagnosis. It looks as though you may have mild to moderate COPD, which includes emphysema, but you really need to see a pulmonologist and ask for a specific diagnosis.

What is your diagnosis? Looking at the only values in the list that have anything to do with COPD, at worst you have mild to perhaps moderate disease. With a good exercise program, attention to normal weight and a good diet, using your meds regularly and avoiding people with bugs, you should be able to sail through the rest of your life with little to no problems, assuming you've quit smoking. Talk with your doc about beginning a good exercise program and get moving.

Most everyone on here wish they had numbers like that. Hopefully you don't smoke, if you do quit it will raise numbers higher. How old are you? I haven't had those numbers since I was in my 30s
