Yes, I am now on Stiolto Respimat . switched from sprivia & it works much better for me...I seem to run out of breath at the end of the day....So, then I nebulize & do Qvar.....I also use a cpap machine to sleep with.. When I was in the hospital the Cpap machine was a life saver for me....

Yes I am on that however sometimes when I inhale I end up choughing and don't know if I should do it again.I guess it is helping me.

yes,i've been on it about a month,it has no steriods which i like and it seems to help with coughing up phlem.I myself like it,it's a mist and it's easy to use,i wish i had tried it earlier.

what is a bulea, and why does it have to be removed?

I'm back on stiolto and pulmicort. Seems to be a good combo. I am also in stage 4. My last fev was 17% . I'm going to have a giant bulea removed from my right upper lung. I would try pulmicort along with stiolto. I use my meds at around noon so I get the most relief during the active part of day. I hope you get feelin better!! Stay strong and try to get enough protienl and take a good multi vitamin.
