@A MyCOPDTeam Member I am wondering if the circles around the eyes are showing perhaps more nutrition is needed ? I am really sorry I do not have the answer for you !

Thank you maggi56,I also weigh about 81 lbs., my 60th Birthday coming up in December. I only have a few grey haired. I have 4th stage COPD had it along time now. Not trying to go younger, but trying to lighten the dark circles around my eyes.

Actualy, though I have many disturbed nights, I don't have dark circles beneath my eyes. What I have is a network of lines and a degree of, 'pouching,' beneath my eyes. But, hey! I'm nearly sixty-one! I accept that I'm not the good-looking lass I was thirty years ago. I'm very myopic, have to wear specs. Three years ago, I lost what few remaining upper teeth I had. All went badly wrong and I'm left with a denture that doesn't fit. Embarrassing to eat in public, when denture comes loose at first bite! I colour my hair - getting rid of its natural silver, returning it to as near as possible to its youthful chestnut-red. That's my only real concession to vanity. My face will never be what it was. At least I've not piled on weight as I've aged - as have so many of my contemporaries. I weigh about 7st 8lbs. Only a few pounds more than I weighed when I was eighteen. Right now, my cousin is in hospital, dying of lung cancer. I promised to be with him at the end. A promise I'll keep, no matter what ailments afflict me. How I look is of no importance.
